The piano that John Lennon wrote "Imagine" on is being shipped to Dallas, TX for display in early December. Our listener's will recall that MusiciansCast co-host Shelly Yakus had a hand in the recording of Imagine. It was at the Record Plant in NYC that Shelly recorded the strings for that song alongside John Lennon.
Fillippo Tattoni-Marcozzi, the internationally recognized art advisor (Hamiltons Gallery, London) of The Goss Gallery in Dallas talks about the Imagine Exhibit currently being set up for display at the gallery.  Pop star George Michael purchased the piano in 2000 and this will mark the first time the piano has been displayed outside of the U.K. Tune in!
